Welcome to the Clubhouse. By applying for, accepting, or renewing your membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions and Club Rules. Please review them carefully.
1. Membership Eligibility & Vetting
Membership is exclusive, non-transferable, and subject to approval by the Club Advisory Board. Applicants must meet current executive professional criteria. The Club reserves the right to deny or revoke membership at any time, for any reason, without a requirement to disclose the underlying cause.
2. Fees, Dues, and Billing
Members agree to pay a one-time non-refundable initiation fee and recurring monthly dues. All incidental charges incurred at the physical facilities (including guest fees, simulator extensions, and refreshments) will be automatically billed to the credit card on file. Monthly dues are billed in advance, and late payments may result in immediate suspension of facility access.
3. TrackMan Simulator Rules & Liability
Our two TrackMan simulators are premium amenities reserved strictly for active members and their authorized guests. The following regulations apply:
- Reservations: Sessions must be booked via the member portal. Standard sessions are capped at 60 minutes if other members are waiting.
- Equipment Use: Only clean, club-approved golf balls and clean clubs are permitted in the simulator bays. Mud, marker streaks, or debris on clubs can permanently damage the projection screens.
- Damage Liability: Members assume full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the TrackMan radar units, computers, enclosure bay, or screens resulting from reckless behavior, improper club use, or guest negligence.
4. Guest Policy & Access
To preserve the workspace environment, members may bring up to two guests at any single time, unless a private event is booked. Guests must remain with the hosting member at all times and register at the digital check-in desk. Members are legally and financially responsible for the conduct, safety, and liabilities of their guests while on the premises.
5. Professional Conduct & Confidentiality
The facility functions as a professional coworking and social sanctuary. Members must respect the confidentiality of fellow executives. Overhead speaker phone calls, recording audio/video of other members, or taking photos that expose other members’ faces or work screens without explicit permission is strictly prohibited. The dress code is business casual or high-end clean athletic attire at all times.
6. Termination of Membership
Members may cancel their membership by providing a 30-day written notice prior to their next billing cycle. The Club reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend any membership for violation of club rules, unpaid dues, harassment of staff or members, or behavior detrimental to the reputation of the clubhouse.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Club is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises. Members utilize the fitness, simulator, and workspace amenities at their own risk. The Club, its management, and its affiliates are not liable for bodily injuries sustained during golf simulation or general facility use.
